Tasks Include:

• plans and organises the range and mix of entertainment,
  attractions or amusement machines
• selects, trains and supervises staff
• monitors and controls accounting operations and the security
  of cash or valuables
• ensures compliance with occupational health and safety
  regulations
• oversees security and ensures that required standards of
  behaviour are maintained
• plans and implements advertising, promotional and
  development activities
