Little red finger food

Do you like those little red sausages people munch on at parties? Sometimes impaled on a toothpick? Sometimes crammed into a mini roll? Well, once again, just to make settling in that teeny bit challenging, they're called different names in different states.

Nevertheless, they're very popular at parties. You just need to know the 'right' name when you're complimenting your host on those ... little red sausage things.

New South Wales = you'd say lovely 'cocktail frankfurts'
Queensland = they're called 'cheerios'
WA & SA = just say 'frankfurts'
Tasmania = simply 'saveloys'
Victoria = you admire the 'cocktail sausages'.
