Have you lived and worked anywhere else in the world?
I lived in Hong Kong for 10 years before repatriating to Australia.
What is the most common problem you solve for customers?
I find that many clients are not aware of the appropriate visa category to apply for and I help them understand this so that they get back on the right visa track.
What are your top 3 recommendations for migrants to do and see in Australia?
Monkey Mia in Western Australia is incredible. I love skiing at Mount Buller so I'd definitely recommend that, and thirdly going the the Australia Grand Prix held in Melbourne is a great time - the city really comes alive!
Why do you love helping people migrate to Australia?
It may sound corny but it's a big decision for people to change countries. For many people it is a dream, and I love helping them achieve that dream.
What has been the highlight of your immigration career?
No matter how many times it happens, getting a clients visa approved when they had been told by someone else that they would not get their visa approved is the biggest enjoyment I get.
