Have you lived and worked anywhere else in the world?

I was born in Taiwan, migrated to New Zealand later on, became a "kiwi" and now permanently reside in Australia.

What is the most common problem you see customers face?

I find that many clients are unaware of the possible visa options that may be available to them. Early advice and preparation would help customers to choose the most appropriate visa to apply for and to prevent delay in obtaining their visa.

What are your top 3 recommendations for migrants to do and see in Australia?

One Mile Beach in Newcastle is a must-see for those who wish to escape the crowd. You have camels walking along one side of the beach and beautiful untainted blue water on the other side. Bondi Beach in Sydney is another must-go. The waves and atmosphere was just unbelievable. Tennis fans will not want to miss the Grand Slam Australian Open in Melbourne!

Why do you love helping people migrate to Australia?

The multiculturalism of Australia is an attribute that should be preserved and promoted. I want to be a helping hand to those who wish to come and make Australia an even better country!

What has been the highlight of your time working at LIVE IN australia.com?

Every day is a highlight! Great colleagues and a funky office environment!
