Have you lived and worked anywhere else in the world?

I was born and raised in Shanghai, China. Nowadays, I still frequently come back and forth between Australia and China.

What is the most common problem you solve for customers?

Many applicants are unaware of the importance of skills assessment in the migration process. Assisting them to prepare and present a comprehensive application to the relevant skill assessing authority, which could maximize their chance of success and further progress the case to the visa application stage, is my main focus.

What are your top 3 recommendations for migrants to do and see in Australia?

I would recommend Melbourne, Sydney and The Great Barrier Reef.

Melbourne is such a beautiful city that is notable for its contemporary architecture, expansive parks and gardens and multicultural society.

Sydney is one of the most well known cities in the world. You won't ever regret visiting it, whether you like shopping, sight-seeing or just sitting on a beach and watching the waves roll in.

The Great Barrier Reef is the world's largest coral reef and one of the seven wonders of the natural world. It's natural beauty is breathtaking!

Why do you love helping people migrate to Australia?

People migrate to Australia with the hope of enjoying a good life in Australia and I am glad that I could play a role in this migration process to assist them in making this dream come true.

What has been the highlight of your immigration career?

So many visa applications were lodged and approved last year - that would definitely be a highlight.
