Internet Explorer Users
  • From the Tools menu, choose Internet Options.
  • Click on Privacy and click Advanced.

  • Highlight the Internet icon and click Custom Level.

Difficulties Logging In?

Upon completing the first page of your Online Interview, we will send you an email to your nominated email address confirming your Username and Password.

Please use these details to login.

If for some reason, you cannot login:

  • Check you are entering your username and password exactly as they appear in your account details.
  • Your username and password are case-sensitive which means you must enter lower case (small letters) and upper case (capital letters) as shown in your account details.
  • Check your internet security level:
    1. Select 'Tools' from the menu
    2. Select 'Internet Options'
    3. Select 'Security' folder
    4. Select 'Default Level'
    5. Ensure this is set to 'Medium' or above then 'Apply'
