5. Western Union - allows you to transfer money in a fast, reliable manner. Please contact your nearest Western Union outlet
and provide them to process a money transfer. We ask you to make sure that you include your case file number so that we can identify the payment.

Once you have completed the transfer with Western Union, please contact us with the following information:
- the ten digit number of the Money Transfer Control Number (MTCN)
- your name (or the name of the sender)
- the country from which you made payment (if this is not your country of residence)
- the name of the receiver

Upon completing the first page of your Online Interview, we will send you an email to your nominated email address confirming your Username and Password.
Please use these details to login.
If for some reason, you cannot login:
- please check you are entering your username and password exactly as they appear in your account details.
- your username and password are case-sensitive which means you must enter lower case (small letters)
and upper case (capital letters) as shown in your account details.
- please also check your internet security level:
1. select 'Tools' from the menu
2. select 'Internet Options'
3. select 'Security' folder
4. select 'Default Level'
5. ensure this is set to 'Medium' or above then 'Apply'
