You representative can make your payment by credit card, money order or bank cheque in person by visiting our offices in Melbourne, Australia.

Please remember that you must make your payment before we can provide you with any advice.

Important Notes

Please use these instructions as a guide to making your payment:

  1. Please ensure your payment is made out to the correct value in Australian Dollars. Please note that personal cheques are not accepted.
  2. The bank or post office will usually charge their own fee for issuing a cheque or money order, which must be paid in addition to the AU$XXX. Please note that this is a separate charge - DO NOT deduct this processing charge from our consultation fee as it will cause delays.
  3. Before visiting, you (or your representative) may telephone if any clarification of these instructions is required. We would also suggest that in addition to this Quick Payment Guide, you also print a copy of your pro-forma invoice.
  4. We will notify you by email as soon as we receive your payment and you will be able to download your receipt from the Visa Management Centre™.
